1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StyleIt (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Leroy Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Description of Service

StyleIt is an AI-powered virtual try-on platform operated by Leroy Labs LLC that allows users to visualize how clothing items and accessories look on them using uploaded photos. The Service is available through our web application at styleit.fit, our Chrome browser extension, and our mobile application for iOS and Android. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual try-on images based on your photos and selected clothing items.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use StyleIt, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service. By using StyleIt, you represent and warrant that you meet these age requirements. Misrepresentation of your age constitutes a violation of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination.

4. Accounts & Registration

You must create an account to use StyleIt. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Maintain only one account per person
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

5. Credits & Subscriptions

StyleIt operates on a credit-based system with the following structure:

  • Free Credits: New accounts receive 4 free credits to try the Service. Free credits have no monetary value.
  • Subscription Plans: We offer tiered subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Power) that provide monthly credits and access to different feature levels. Plan details and pricing are listed on our pricing page.
  • Monthly Reset: Subscription credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next period. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Add-On Credits: You may purchase additional one-time credit packs at any time. Add-on credits do not expire while your account remains active.
  • Pricing Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Changes will take effect at your next billing cycle after the notice period.

6. Payments & Billing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the customer portal. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend access to paid features until payment is successfully processed.
  • Taxes: Prices may be exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription or purchases.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases made through StyleIt, including subscription plans and one-time credit purchases, are final and non-refundable. When you cancel a subscription, it remains active until the end of the current billing period, but no refunds or credits will be issued. For complete details, please review our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Upload content that is offensive, harmful, obscene, or violates others' rights
  • Upload sexually explicit or NSFW content
  • Upload photos of other people without their explicit consent
  • Use the Service for harassment, impersonation, or defamation
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the AI models or software
  • Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Service without our written permission
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
  • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or generated content without authorization

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

The StyleIt name, brand, logo, software, AI models, and all related intellectual property are owned by Leroy Labs LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of the photos you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Leroy Labs LLC a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., generating virtual try-on images).

AI-generated virtual try-on images are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may save, download, and share these images for personal purposes. Commercial use of generated images requires our prior written consent.

10. User Content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, submit, or transmit through the Service (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content
  • Your content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
  • You have obtained consent from any individuals depicted in photos you upload
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms

We reserve the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • Leroy Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any inaccuracies in AI-generated images, including but not limited to differences in fit, color, texture, or appearance between virtual try-on results and actual clothing.
  • We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic, internet outages, or third-party service failures.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
  • AI-generated images will accurately represent actual clothing fit, color, or appearance
  • The results obtained from use of the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects in the Service will be corrected

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leroy Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or access to the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Any User Content you upload or submit through the Service

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine to be harmful to the Service, other users, or Leroy Labs LLC.

You may delete your account at any time through your dashboard settings or by contacting us. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease immediately
  • Any unused credits (including subscription credits and add-on credits) will be forfeited
  • Your User Content, including photos, wardrobe items, and try-on history, will be queued for deletion
  • You may request a data export before account deletion by contacting us at hi@leroylabs.io

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at hi@leroylabs.io. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Binding Arbitration: If the dispute is not resolved informally, you and Leroy Labs LLC agree to resolve any remaining dispute through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the State of Delaware.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. If this class action waiver is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.

Small Claims Exception: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within the court's jurisdictional limits.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through an in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. The updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
