Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing purchases made through StyleIt (“the Service”), operated by Leroy Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). StyleIt is a digital service that operates on a credit-based system with subscription plans and one-time credit purchases.

All purchases made through StyleIt are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Subscription Purchases

StyleIt offers monthly subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Power) that provide credits and access to premium features. The following terms apply:

  • No Refunds: All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for any subscription period, whether used or unused.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard (“Manage Subscription”) or the customer portal. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits will be issued for the remaining time.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged for the next period.

3. Credit Purchases

In addition to subscription credits, you may purchase one-time add-on credit packs. The following terms apply:

  • No Refunds: All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether the credits have been consumed or remain unused.
  • Technical Issues: If a credit was consumed due to a technical error on our end (e.g., the generation failed but the credit was deducted), contact us to have the credit restored to your account. This constitutes a credit restoration, not a monetary refund.

4. Free Trial & Free Credits

New StyleIt accounts receive 4 free credits to try the Service. These free credits:

  • Have no monetary value and are not refundable
  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account
  • Are provided solely for evaluating the Service

5. Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly (e.g., duplicate charge, wrong amount, or unauthorized transaction), please contact us immediately at hi@leroylabs.io. We will investigate confirmed billing errors and, if verified, issue a correction. Billing error corrections are the only exception to our no-refund policy.

6. Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued for any remaining credits, unused subscription time, or any other purchases.

If you voluntarily delete your account, all unused credits (including subscription credits and add-on credits) will be forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly at hi@leroylabs.io before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company.

Please be aware that:

  • Filing a chargeback may result in immediate suspension of your account pending investigation
  • If a chargeback is filed and later found to be unwarranted, we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount and associated fees
  • Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination
